Our 2026 Picnic will be held in June.
Letters will be mailed out with the exact date, time, and location.
Members who prefer to receive their invitation by email may contact the hall to request electronic delivery.
In order to qualify for the picnic, you must be current on your membership dues and provide a valid address for invitation delivery.
You will have to mail/Email back the form stating how many people will be attending with you.
Members may bring their immediate household (spouse and children). Unmarried members are permitted to bring one guest.
